About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Management Manager to lead and integrate key HR functions across the full talent lifecycle. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a high-performance culture.
This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving talent strategy, optimizing systems, and delivering measurable results across recruiting, development, and performance initiatives.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop teams across recruiting, performance management, and learning & development
- Design and execute integrated talent management strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive a cohesive, end-to-end talent lifecycle approach
Talent Acquisition
- Oversee recruiting operations, workforce planning, and hiring strategies
- Ensure effective use and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Monitor hiring metrics, efficiency, and quality of hire
Performance Management
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and review cycles
- Drive consistency, accuracy, and adoption across departments
- Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture
Learning & Development
- Oversee organizational learning strategy, onboarding programs, and development initiatives
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) governance and utilization
- Measure learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
Analytics & Systems
- Develop dashboards and reporting across ATS, LMS, and HRIS platforms
- Provide actionable insights to leadership through data-driven analysis
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of reporting
Talent Planning & Operations
- Lead succession planning and high-potential development programs
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies

What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
Experience
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Background spanning talent acquisition, performance management, and/or learning & development
- Proven experience leading teams and implementing HR systems
Skills & Expertise
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting skills
- Experience with ATS, LMS, and HRIS platforms
- Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Process improvement and change management expertise
